Mission Statement

An alliance of labour and management, the RCCAO is the collective voice for various stakeholder groups in the residential and civil sectors of the construction industry. It represents the interests of low-rise and high-rise building groups as well as local industry unions operating in central Ontario.

We strive to provide real solutions to difficult issues affecting the industry by:

• providing a unified forum for employer and employee groups/stakeholders to discuss common issues and solutions.
• researching these issues and developing reports that outline recommended courses of action.
• fostering areas of the industry that require expansion and commitment, like skills training and labour shortages.
